The Preassessment Lab is a five hour, online graded assessment lab to evaluate baseline skills as a prerequisite for more advanced work.It is rated as the easiest Lab to perform in the Cisco 360 Learning Program. Learners can schedule the Preassessment exam using the scheduling tool on their Cisco 360 personal web portal. The CIERS-GP-LAB01 Preassessment Lab should be the first lab attempted by learners, only after ensuring that they are comfortable with their skills.

Upon completion of this Preassessment Lab, learners should be able to:

• Read through a full-length Cisco CCIE lab and identify the tasks that they can easily perform
• List and prioritize any remaining tasks and perform them in the order they choose
• Develop well-defined sets of rigorous verification methods of specific and interrelated technologies
• Have a better understanding of the effectiveness of their problem-solving and verification methods.
